It was great and exceptionally nice close to the centrum. Owner treated us very well...

we thoroughly enjoyed the place. it had a great and absolutely perfect setting near the main railway station and restaurants/bars, and both a metro and the sao bento train station. plus it was located close to the centrum. there was a walk-in shower.
Tbh, the room was very humid.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk away from popular points of interest such as Lello Bookshop and Clerigos Tower.
No exterior windows in any of the rooms.

The room at Al Pinheiro 66 in Porto was cozy and homey, with an electric kettle that made it easy for me to enjoy a hot cup of tea. It had all the kitchenware and tea/coffee maker I needed, which made me feel right at home.
Personally, I found the fully equipped shared bathroom with a shower to be a bit inconvenient.

Andrew
Convenient location for exploring the main attractions. The rooms were kept clean and had everything you need - a shower, hairdryer, and fluffy bath towels! 🛁

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance to all the major attractions. there were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and stores nearby, providing convenience for budget travelers. The room I stayed in had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
The lack of human interaction at the hotel may be a downside for those who value a more personal touch in their accommodations.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Porto for a weekend break. The hotel was located in a great spot, close to a metro station and the Sao Bento train station. The rooms were cozy and had a personal touch to the decor. There were sky lights instead of windows, which made the room nice and dark for sleeping. The hotel owner, Cristiana, was very accommodating and allowed me to leave my luggage on the check-out day. great value for money and a perfect location for exploring the city.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Free WiFi was great, but it was even better that the room had no windows. Who needs natural light? , being close to all the main attractions was such a hassle. I much prefer inconvenient locations.
Oh, and the bed bugs were such a pleasant surprise. Definitely added some excitement to my stay.

Good location, all necessary amenities within walking distance. Received clean towels upon check-in. Easy self check-in/out process. Owner allowed luggage storage on check-out day. Overall good value for money.

Cute hotel, loved the exposed stone walls and quirky decor. WiFi was a plus. Cons: Oh, the shared bathroom experience was just delightful. Nothing like cooking alongside someone on the loo. Lovely.

The people were very nice and the decorations were cute. Access to a kitchen was great and everything was clean. The location was good for visiting attractions and there were plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets nearby. Self check-in and check-out was easy and the owner was communicative. Good value for money.
There were no windows in any of the rooms, which made it feel a bit dark. Some noise from other guests was a bit bothersome.

Great communication and easy check-in process. The location was perfect - quiet street in the heart of the action. Plus, the room decor was really cozy and the overall cleanliness was impressive.
The kitchen had barely any usable pots and the bathroom was in bad condition. The stone walls also made the place quite damp, which was uncomfortable.
